Why the Bob Moreno Group?
Born and raised in the Silicon Valley and selling real estate for over twenty six years Bob and Sharon have built an impeccable reputation within the real estate community. They have been described by their peers as honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced. In an industry where the top twenty percent of agents receive eighty percent of the business this is a great compliment. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is witnessed by the fact that they receive more customer satisfaction letters than any other agents in the office.
Bob and Sharon have experience in many different facets of the real estate industry. They have sold  such properties as horse ranches, bare land, multi-million dollar estates and scores of single family homes, condos and townhouses. They work with seasoned home buyers and sellers, investor groups, relocation companies and first time home buyers and sellers. They have renovated homes and have designed interior remodeling projects. They are experienced in staging and project budgeting and have designed exterior landscaping and lighting. There is no home project or issue that is too large or small.
They enjoy working with first time buyers and seller’s as well as experienced home buyers and sellers. They have extensive experience in purchasing and selling "short sale" and bank owned (REO) properties. Their goal is to make customers for life. Their son Nick and his wife are also licensed realtors and recently joined the Bob Moreno Group. 
As Certified Relocation Specialists, Bob and Sharon work extensively with Relocation Companies around the country. Representing corporate clients and V.I.P.’s as listing and selling agents have afforded them specialized training in marketing assistance and in identifying buyer preferences and needs quickly. Their combined experience has taught them advanced negotiating skills, intricate knowledge of how to protect relocation client’s rights and privileges and has placed them in the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway real estate agents nationally and internationally. Approximately 30 % of their annual business are corporate relocation referrals.
The other 70% comes from personal referrals, advertising and just plain prospecting for new business. Each work day consists of promoting their listings and buyer needs. Thier system includes attending various brokers meetings throughout the county and promoting thier listings to other brokerages. Fully automated through their web site, they use state of the art technologies that promote and market their listings as well as keep thier buyers informed of new listings. They are constantly working toward each clients ultimate goal.
